Chinese restaurants in the United States range from steam-table lunch counters to white-tablecloth Cantonese seafood halls, and most fall somewhere in between: a laminated menu, a lunch special board, and combo plates priced a few dollars below the dinner menu. Ordering by number off the menu is normal and speeds things up, especially at takeout counters. Family-style ordering, where a table shares several dishes with rice rather than each person getting an individual entree, is standard at sit-down spots and usually cheaper per person. Many neighborhood restaurants are cash-preferred or charge a small card fee, so it is worth asking or checking the door before you order. Delivery apps cover most areas, but calling the restaurant directly is often faster and avoids the markup.

Selma is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Selma follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Food was good but could have had more flavor. Portions were good. Service could have been a little better. We got the Pork Bone Broth soup w/fish and the teriyaki chicken plate

They have the hot pot noodles, we ended up getting the bowl where they put everything in the bowl. No matter what you pick everything is good. The Szechuan have a nice heat, this would be excellent during winter time. Service was good.

Going to be as honest as possible. It was clean, spacious inside, and the our server was nice to us. Never have I ever heard of a katsudon with curry, served as a curry hash in lieu of sauce... i ordered it "with curry", and was hoping for actual curry sauce which is what you would traditionally find at any other restaurant, so I was very let down from the beginning. My food tasted okay. I didn't finish it, which says a lot. My wife didn't finish her dish, but I liked her teriyaki shrimp more than my chicken katsudon. Gave a 3 because I ate her food instead. Unfortunately, flavors weren't there for us and didn't like the deception of the "curry". We won't be coming back.

We enjoyed our meals and the staff was attentive and friendly. The food is served quickly and hot which was great. For the hot pots the bone broth was the winner for us but there's lots of different choices. We ordered extra veggies and tofu but the meals also come with perfectly cooked rice. You'll definitely leave feeling full but not in a bad way. The chicken curry was flavorful but the pieces of chicken are pretty large and looked to be boiled. Next time we'll try the chicken katsudon. We ordered the dumplings but ate them before taking photos... they were delicious! We'll be back for more of the delicious hot pots.
